Account deletion

Signed-in users can delete their personal Lociplace account from the account settings page. The delete action uses the existing web account deletion flow and requires confirmation before the account is removed.

Product data

Palaces, Rooms, Loci, placed Memory Items, notes, uploaded images, Practice results, and Review state linked to your personal account.

Retention

Some limited records may remain where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backups, or transactional records.

If you cannot access your account, email hello@lociplace.com from the address used for your Lociplace account and request account deletion.
