Lociplace content pass across public pages

FAQ, blog, changelog, and public copy were rewritten so the app no longer reads like generic scaffold content.

The public-facing text now reflects the actual product instead of generic SaaS copy.

This is mostly a content release, but it matters because the product now explains itself more honestly.
